I love your style.

This is another great song. I don't see it as a boss fight at all. But more of a hero theme or something similar, an act of courage maybe?

This songs reminds me of terranigma for the Snes if you've ever played it.

I would haved loved to have this song longer.

This is excellent music. Great job.

Grumbleduke responds:

I know it's short, and the mp3 encoder I used was poor to say the least. It slowed this song down, and I was limited to 60 seconds (damn free stuff). The tracks of Gravity Beetle onwards used a different encoder, and are better.

Great song!

I really like this song. Melody is great. You really have some talent. I would have liked some hi hats to go with the kicks and snares, just me though. I love the last part of the song. I like how you chained all the different parts, it was very professional.

Excellent work. Keep it up.

Grumbleduke responds:

Very kind of you to say so, and I too love the last part of the song (fyi that bit was written first and the beginning went with it). The whole thing is actually over 4 minutes, too long for ng without really dropping the quality. Thanks again.

Another good track.

The beginning of this track, to me, sets off a good atmosphere. The middle part where you introduce the piano was a little bit odd. I like the bassline in this one, i would have liked it a little louder. The beat was good and suited the song well. Nice work on this song.

johnfn responds:

Thanks for the review as usual :D

Yeah, I'm proud of the beginning of this song. :P

You're right about the piano... some fades would have done me good ;)

Thanks again!

I like this.

Well, at first i didn't knew what you were talking about when you meant chase. But when your drums came in it was all obvious.

Two things i have to say. First off, i think that your pad is a little too loud. Second, I (personal taste) would have left the beat going when you switched the melody.

Maybe another instrument instead of piano would have given this song an even more "chase" feel to it. I really like that bassline by the way.

Good work, keep it up.

johnfn responds:

Thanks for the review :D

About the pad, hm, you may be right. I was just trying to make it sound evil, but I may have overdone it in retrospect.

You may be right about the beat, although (also as you said) its personal taste and might have worked well either way.

I kinda liked the piano, maybe I didn't add the right effects, maybe you're right. Dunno, I might have to experiment ^^

Very nice song.

I like the melody you got there. And the beat is good. I don't really like the main kick that you used for this song, but it was well hidden in the other drums.

All in all it's a good song. Keep up the good work.

johnfn responds:

Thanks for the review! :D

And I'll try to keep up the good work... nothing guarenteed though, I try something new each song.

PS - Thanks a ton for reviewing my other songs, I owe you a few reviews ^^

Very very nice!

I like how you made it longer and added more melodies to it. I have to ask you one thing. Where do you get your samples? And can i get some too. Could you point me towards something better than sytrus pack (if you use FL Studio you know what i'm talking about). I don't want your samples cause that's just silly but something in between if not, it's ok. It's not your job in the first place.

OK, now for the track, the exploding begining, is it for looping purposes or just that's cause you wanted to start it with a bang. I myself would have gone for a softer intro, then go with that bang and have the song go along.

This song is very nice like i said earlier. It's hard to have good sounding bells, well in my opinion anyways, so nice job on that.

Great work overall! Keep it up.

MaestroSorrow responds:

Of course, I will email you concerning my instruments and sounds I use.

Thnx for the review ^^.

Absolutely Stunning!

This is amazing music right here. I like everything about it. That piano (don't tell me it's clarinets XD) is awesome. The beat suits the song perfectly, not too hard not too soft. That flute is awesome as well. Everything completes every other thing. Te me, this is a flawless piece of work. Do not stop making music!

On a side note, thanks for reviewing all my audio, I appreciate it alot, and i mean, very much.

MaestroSorrow responds:

I look up to your music, there are several things I can learn from them, hopefully you can also learn something from mine.

Thnx for the review.

Great!

This is a great suspens/tension builder. Would definitively see this in a movie. The title suits the song perfectly. Keep up the good work.

This is one good track!

I really like that piano melody. Very calm and soothing. Would fit great in some rpg. Keep up the great work!

GodSpeedIam responds:

Thank you. Your comments honor my animals.

Awesome!

All your tracks are very good. Lol i though a ballot was a voting system and ballet a dance. But i don't know, cause i mainly speak french so i can't tell for sure. Anyways back to your song, it's very good. At first i was expecting something like your Aftermath song but then techno screwd me good. And i must say, i liked it. Your talent level is very high, were does it all come from? Did you ever had lessons in any music related stuff in your life or have you been making music for a long time? Or is it just natural? Keep up the great work!

MaestroSorrow responds:

I'll be honest, the only musical training i've had, was attacking my friends piano at his house. Enough times he told me to get good or get out... needless to say, I ended up outside a lot --_--"

It all comes from my brain, as a kid i've always had these tunes in my head, and I got frustrated at not being able to convey them. I tried poetry, story writing, drawing, everything, none of it worked. So I sat my ass down and learned the damn music program, and 7 months later, here I am ^^.

You're one to speak Leo, I have yet to become as diverse and interesting as your pieces.

Hi, i make music as a hobby. From time to time i should upload a song. The best way to support me is to buy my music on bandcamp, it would really make my day. Share your art, take care, see you later.
