Wow!

I have to say that is some nice guitar and piano, haven't heard that in a god while.

Yea love scene alright, oh crap lol, the electric guitars just turned in, surprised me.

I really the first half of the song (before the electric guitars) cause i don't really picture "moderate-fast guitars" playing in some love theme and also because i wasn't expecting it at all... to each his own haha!

Excellent work on this song, great composition skills. I mean, the song speaks for itself how talented you are :D

Very cool!

I'm listening to this and i see plenty of different things, cause every time you "pause" the song, it's like turning the pages of a book and the story changes every page :)

I don't really know what much to say but i really like this piece, especially the first half.

Nice song and i'm pressing the 5 button in a few seconds :)

MusicalRocky responds:

Hey, thanks man. Sorry it took me a while to review this. Apparently I overlooked a few :(

That's a cool thing...like turning the pages of a book...I never thought of it that way. That's neat :)

I'm glad you liked it, man. Thanks for the review and the five.

Nice groove you got there.

I really enjoyed the groove of the song. My only complaint on this song is the drums. Too loud in my opinion, and too repetitive that it did ruin some of the song's greatness, to me.

Also, as metioned before, this could use a little intro and outro, or maybe just a better loop, one that is not so "in your face".

Good job on this song, liked the synths work in this piece. Nice job overall.

Syntrus responds:

thx for the review and i am not a big fan of silent beats i like punching ppl in the face with my music.

A bit too repeptitive...

It's not a bad song, it's not a bad beat at all. I just think that it could use alot more developement. Some parts were, as i mentioned before, too repeptitive, just what i think anyways.

The last part was nice cause it was finally a bit more diverse. You had little volume issues too, some intruments too loud and all.

Good effort though, keep practicing mate :) 4/5

Dj-Fanta5t1c responds:

thx man! alotta work went into this to get it wqhere it is. i hope if i get something else nice out that you could review another ^_^. thx for the review man!

Contest winner!!

Congrats on winning this MAC sir. This is an excellent track, glitchy things aren't my thing usually but this came out pretty nice.

What i like most about this track is the percussion work. I would have liked a little more bass though, all troughout the song and not just for some part of the song.

You did good man, really good. Congrats on the frontpage as well, you deserve it. I'm voting this song a 5, cause i can't vote higher :)

I'll check some more of your music after i go review all of the other participants entries...

StrangeEncounters responds:

Frontpage means a lot to me. I can't believe I won? Time for some forgeys, brb.

You think that was cool... lol

Yea about that snare, maybe lower it's volume a bit, it would make it less annoying. The song is nice but it takes a little too much time to get to the point.

I think that your first section could have been maybe a third shorter. Becasue it lacks diversity and the same pad thingy plays all alone. If it would have more instruments then i wouldn't care for the lenght cause it would be diverse enough.

Heh you really seem to like big "Pow" noise, the one that ended the song. It's the same as the one in your "omni world" track. Just try and not make a habit of ending all your songs this way, even it is does sound nice. I don't know i jsust wouldn't to know when your songs end as soon as i hear the noise...

So except from that snare and a bit of a lack of diversity, i say that this is a pretty good song.

Four out of five from me.

zerofalse responds:

lol. yeah, i do have a habbit of useing that distant "boom" explosion type sound that i use so often.. it sounds soo good X_X but you have an extreamly good point. i need to make my music a little more diverse and mix things up a bit. i completely remasterd this song. it's on my desktop and it sounds much better. but like, i dont really wanna submit the same song because i did that already pretty much with omni world =/. thanks for the advice man. im always open minded about advice from other great artists such as yourself

Ahh... much better.

You have much better drum works in this piece compared to the first one. Good job on the whole percussion aspect.

As mentionned before, this song could use a bit more melodies and diversity. I really thought that the remix would be something completely different though. Like upbeat crazy stuff or something.

I guess you wanted a better version of this song here. Why wouldn't you, i mean it's a good song and a better version wouldn't hurt anyone :D

Good job on this song, keep up the good work!

zerofalse responds:

thanx man. yeah, i wanted to improve on this song eventually. there were these little imperfections so to speak about the first one that made me cringe when i heard it and i was thinking "i gotta change this" lol. anyway thx for the reveiw man. ill still work on mastering my music, and makeing it a little longer and stuff =)

It's good...

It's good for a while but it is too much repetitive. I understand that it is how hip hop is and that is why i don't really like the genre.

Diversity is the key, having a bassline that differs from the main melody would be a great touch.

I see you are using many instruments and that is a good point. The beat ranges in the average/good. All that really needs working on in this piece is the repetitiveness.

Keep it up though man, you are getting better.

This is really nice.

Saw your add on the forums, thought i'd check it out.

This is a really nice piece. I really liked the first part, before you started playing on the high notes. There were some instances that were somewhat wierd, like when you have the same note repeating twice in a row, it didn't sound to good to my ear. The rest was good though.

This is a really nice thought out idea. And a surprising result, thankfully i can't really tell it's that song until the middle part.

Good job on this song, keep submitting to ng mate :)

ScionOfTheStorms responds:

Thank you very much, Fine sir. This review has definatly made my Day.

And keep up the great work on Reviewing peoples Audeo Work :D

Holy crap!

That song is amazing, yeah the first part is pretty familiar, where is from exactly?

Oh my, the song is so nice, i especially like all the little "fill ins" like the flute and such. This track is so diversified, and it also has a little "castlvania" charm to it.

Keep up the great work man and thanks for reviewing my music. And have a 5 why don't you.

Rythim-Man responds:

As much as the first part sounds familiar, I wouldn't know what it's from. For this song I actually tried something new. The first 2 measures of flute were random notes that I put in, then I felt that the melody seemed familiar, yet still nice. Then I played it over again with piano, adding into the equation harmony. I felt that it was dark enough for the theme I wanted to portray. After I found my melody and harmony, I put every orchestra sound I had together to finish the theme.

This is not a remix, even though at first it may sound like it. (I actually get that "where is this from" comment alot from this song)

I put extra effort into this, and it shows since this is my top rated song so far. Thanks for reviewing my good song and not one of my crappy ones.

Like I said before, my inspiration was believing I had lost a friend (and back when it happen I had extra care for my friends...don't ask what changed). I may be inspired to make one more orchestral piece before I set sail to my new home (I'm not really sailing and i'm not really changing residency, I'm just going away for school lol). Infact...the thought of going away just may be my inspiration....

And thanks for having such awesome music. I want to hear more some time, so~

Keep on keepin' on!

Hi, i make music as a hobby. From time to time i should upload a song. The best way to support me is to buy my music on bandcamp, it would really make my day. Share your art, take care, see you later.
